Thank you for choosing DragonIPTV. We provide TV relay service that makes each user be able to watch their hometown TV when they are not in hometown. DragonIPTV relays the hometown TV content which is subscribed by you over the Internet to your personal computer, laptop, Internet-enable TV, or mobile device. We aim at the difference between the time-zone of your present location and your hometown location to delay the content relay of your hometown subscribed TV for related time-shifting. In order to enjoy our service, it is necessary that you need to possess three conditions. First, you have to subscribe to a TV broadcasting service in your hometown (i.e. Cable TV, Dish Network). Second, you need to subscribe to an Internet access service from an ISP (Internet Service Provider). Third, you have to download the DragonIPTV software for receiving the relayed media streaming data.
2. These relevant services is not our responsibility
We are not responsible for offering any television broadcasting programs or Internet network access service, so you have to individually responsible and pay for your TV broadcasting provider and ISP.
3. As the relevant apparatus that you have or maintain have broken down
Whether if broken down or failure of relevant services or apparatus that the television broadcasting provider or the Internet network service provider offered you, any trouble and mistake taking place in this service or apparatus will not influence any agreement among we and you.
4. Other terms of service
Any clause in this terms of service can't change any other terms of service and agreement between you and any other partys.
Watch and use privately

The service what we offer only support you to watch at nonpublic and noncommercial place. You can��t resale or disseminate the service what we offer you to any other party, and you can��t use this service in any public or commercial place. You can��t charge any one any expense for offering the service what we provide to you. In addition, you can't use our trade mark either. We or any program provider can sue you and other people who should be responsible to the aforesaid illegal behavior in accordance with the law.
Forbid illegal use of this service

You agree not to convey any advertising letter to us or issue the content with advertising property to this websites via the system that you control or should be controlled by you. You agree not to spread any unfavorable virus, Trojan, harmful program, procedure, method, component and material to this service on purpose. You agree not to assist other hostile behaviors or by yourself attempt to invade, destroy, usurp, attack, relay, or steal the system, service or relevant information of this service on purpose.
Users' responsibility

2. Restraint in watching
How to restrain your family or guest from watching what programs which should not be watched is your responsibility. We and other program content providers or your Internet network service providers will not be responsible for this.
3. Change of the personal profile
Your name, e-mail, address, bill address, resident address, telephone number and etc. when there is change of any, you should immediately refresh your personal profile which is maintained in DragonIPTV website by yourself.
Subscription

As your account number finished the procedure of E-mail authentication, after finishing subscribing the procedure and credit card identity to be confirmed, you can begin to watch channel and the service that you subscribed to.
Bill, charging and paying history

We will send you an electrical bill in each charging cycle via your e-mail which is offered in your personal profile by you. The credit card information that you offer us will be charged automatically in each charging cycle. You can change the paying mode into manual paying mode in the personal paying setting, and then you have to manually subscribe by yourself again before each charging cycle finished. In the personal profile, you can inquire all your payment history and information in the past.
Credit

In order to enable you to subscribe to our service through the credit card, you agree to authorize us to survey your credit. If you have the situation of paying the bill late or not paying the bill, you also agree to authorize us to report back the situation. We have the right to refuse or suspend your subscription because of your credit in the past is not good.

Whether you reach the age of 18 at least, or enter this binding agreement in other legal ways.
2. Contact information
You agree to offer us your true, correct, instant, intact contact information. You agree that you can immediately upgrade your contact information in DragonIPTV website for keeping the correct integrality of your personal profile.
3. The account and password
You have responsibility to secure you account and password for DragonIPTV, and you agree that you are responsible for all behaviors under this account. You agree not to share your account and password with others. If you find that your account is usurped or other safe relevant situations, please tell us immediately. Please only use your own account to login our service.
Modification of the contract terms

1. Reserve the right to revise the contract terms
On the premise of notifying you, we reserve the right to revise charging rate and the terms of service. After we have revised charging rate or the terms of service, if you want to suspend your service, you need to suspend your service in the websites of DragonIPTV within 10 days, or send e-mail to us, require us to suspend your service. Otherwise, the service that you accepted later would serve and charge according to the new charging rate or terms of service.
2. The way to notify you the revise of agreement
Any notification which is mentioned in this terms of service will transmit by the way of e-mail, and you agree to our communication with you by the way of e-mail. You have responsibility to offer us correct e-mail to notify you. When we unable to get in touch with you because of email lost, incorrect, or incomplete conveyance, we will not have the responsibility to further contact you.
3. Right to enforce this terms of service
In the respect of enforcing this terms of service, we keep the right of all legal actions. We keep the right of changing present enforcing policy at anytime and without notification in advance. The policy includes suspending and stopping subscriber��s service. We reserve the right to refuse to provide service too, no matter anyone, any reason, and any time.
Suspend / stop the service

1. Service that you suspend
You can change the present subscription state into suspending state in the "personal subscription information", during that cycle when you proposed suspending, this service will continue offering to you and the service will be sustained till the end of cycle that you subscribed. In addition, we will not offer any returning fee for your service cycle after suspending. Therefore, as you have subscribed for one month, one season, half a year, or one year, we will charge to this basic cycle directly, but we will not offer any returning fee for your suspending service. Please do exhaustive consideration before subscribing. Certainly, after you suspend and before the end of the charging cycle, you can restore and subscribe at any time in DragonIPTV website by yourself.
2. Service that we stop
If you have not paid yet before the due date, we will stop your service. If you attempt to invade, destroy, attack, usurp, pass on, steal the system, service or relevant information of this service on purpose, we will stop your service. If you attempt to do any illegal act in our websites, we will stop your service. If you choose not to accept this terms of service, we will stop your service too. Certainly, after your service is stopped, we do not offer any returning fee either, and you are unable to restore the subscription.
Collection and use of the personal information

3. Service is cut off
The service is probably to be cut off or be delayed because of any reasons. This includes but not limited to, system break down, system maintenance, basic improvement of facility, or our service program updating. In addition, the service rate is changed because of different area, line quality, local network connection, Internet network traffic, and the factors that we can't control. We are unable to be responsible for or indemnify for any delay, cut off, service failure which is caused by other company, natural phenomenon, power failure, or any other reason that exceed our reasonable control. However, we value our customers, so when the service is cut off for a long time under our reasonable control, according your demand, we will offer a reasonable and relevant adjustment to your personal account for this service cut off.
4. Accept unsafety
You accept that the Internet is a naturally unsafe environment, and once your device is connected to the Internet, your device may become a target of computer hackers. You must be responsible for your machine safety, and it includes defense of virus and getting rid of the harmful program that can influence our service directly or indirectly. You have responsibility to protect your computer, repair and prevent any influence which is led from hostile program or unauthorized access. Base on this, we will not have any compensation responsibility, no matter any opinions, claims, losses, behaviors, damages, lawsuits, or the above-mentioned result comes from: whether other users access your computer or our service; destroy the security; eavesdrop; deny of service attack; eavesdrop the output data or the input data and access our service; cut off; delete the file; service delayed; transmission failed and etc..
5. Indemnity
When you use the service that we offered, and you infringe on any terms of service and relevant norms, caused the opinion of slander, unfair competition, unfairly use of trade mark, company's name or patent, violating the right of privacy, encroaching on the intelligence right or ownership, and etc., all responsibility of indemnity, lose or extra cost, you agree to protect us and make us avoid indemnifying. The assessment of this risk has already been reflected by our price.
6. Security of User's account and password
You agree that any user account and password which is offered relevant to this service are to be responsible for protecting by yourself.
Guard the trade secret

You agree that because of the relationship between you and us, you may access some secret information which is about the trade secret, customer's data, software engineering, or marketing information and etc. (abbreviate as secret information). You must: First, protect secret, the secret information should not be exposed or display to anyone or any party before DragonIPTV��s authorized representative consent to by clear text. Second, any purpose not limited in this terms of service can't be used for revealing any secret information. When the secret information is considered the trade secret, this responsibility should be indefinitely implemented; When the secret is not trade secret, the responsibility should be still continued implementing in two years after this terms of service are suspend.

1. Notice
The information that we have to send to you is deemed to be transmitted to you already in the following situations: First, the information is given to you in person. Second, the information is sent with the address that you left lastly, and it is delivered to you by U.S.A.'s postal service. Third, the message is sent to the e-mail which you offered us via the Internet. Forth, the information is left in the voice mailbox of telephone number that you offer us.
2. Monitor
We have the authority but no responsibility to monitor any behavior and content regarding our service. Under our unilateral consideration, we will probably monitor your account, research any accusation, or report that you infringe our policy, and carry out any act which we think that it is suitable. These actions includes but not limited to, sending out the warning, suspending service temporarily, stopping service, refusing your subscription of this service.
3. Transfer of the account
We perhaps will in case of not tell you, because of any reasons, to transfer your account, this terms of service, all authority and responsibility to any third party according to this term.
The reason includes but not limited to, collection of non-paid bill, either as company has acquisition, merger, recombination, amalgamation, the assets are resold and etc.. You agree such transfer, and you must still continue paying off the relevant expenses to us according to your bill, unless there are other notices.
4. Division of the intact terms of service and clauses
This terms of service and all of the relevant regulations of our services make up an intact terms of service. Any salesmen or representatives have no right to change this terms of service. If any part of this terms of service is not executable or illegal, then these clauses will be divided from the original clause, and can't influence the legitimacy and feasibility of any remainder clauses. The clauses of this terms of service will survive till it is implemented completely.
